Ask in plain English
"Which customers are more than 60 days past due?" "What did we spend with our top three vendors this year?" Your assistant asks Triboro, and Triboro asks QuickBooks.
Beta opening soon
Triboro connects QuickBooks Desktop to the AI assistant you already use. Ask about overdue invoices, stock levels or last quarter's margins in plain English, and get answers straight from your company file.
Runs on your own computer. No cloud copy of your books. Free during the beta.
Desktop accounting was built for one office and one screen. Triboro builds the crossing, so the questions you'd normally dig through reports for can be asked from wherever you work.
"Which customers are more than 60 days past due?" "What did we spend with our top three vendors this year?" Your assistant asks Triboro, and Triboro asks QuickBooks.
Triboro runs next to QuickBooks on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded to us, and there's no server of ours sitting between you and your data.
Optional secure remote access lets you ask from your phone or a laptop on the road. Leave it off and Triboro stays inside your office network.
Plenty of businesses run on QuickBooks Desktop for good reasons: inventory, job costing, a file that's been tuned for fifteen years. Triboro is for them, and for the bookkeepers who keep those files honest.
Owners and office managers who want answers without exporting another report to Excel.
Firms with clients on Desktop who want faster month-end checks and quicker answers to client questions.
A small Windows app sits alongside QuickBooks Desktop and opens your company file the way any approved add-on does.
Point an AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP) at Triboro. One setting, no code.
Customers, vendors, items, invoices, reports. Triboro answers with figures pulled live from your file, not a stale copy.
We're looking for a small group of businesses and bookkeepers to try Triboro before it goes on sale. You'll get it free, a direct line to us, and a say in what we build next.
We'll only email you about the Triboro beta and launch. Unsubscribe any time. See our privacy policy.
No. Triboro runs on the computer that already runs QuickBooks Desktop. Your company file stays where it is, and only the answers your assistant asks for are passed along to it.
